Pets are allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $35 per pet, per night. Pet-friendly accommodations allow up to two pets per room, with a maximum weight of 80 pounds per pet. Please notify us at that you are bringing a pet and inform the front desk upon arrival.
Pets must be leashed when in the lobby or common areas around the hotel.
Pets are allowed on the patio of José Crested Butte but not inside the restaurant or in billy barr.
Most of the trails in and around Crested Butte are dog-friendly, including a few located right outside the hotel door. Leashes are recommended and/or required.
Just outside the hotel, the convenient rec path provides an opportunity for a 1-mile walk through Mt. Crested Butte towards the mountains or a 3-mile walk to the Town of Crested Butte.
Dogs abound at the base area of the resort after the chairlifts are closed for the day/season.
Our hotel restaurant, Jose’, features a large outdoor patio perfect for people-watching and dog chilling.
